Flavia Lamia – Family, Wills & Probate, and Private Client Solicitor
Driven by a strong passion for advocacy and fairness, I deliver clear, practical advice across family law, wills and probate (including contentious estates), private criminal defence, and conveyancing connected to family matters. I have undertaken Higher Rights of Audience training in both civil and criminal advocacy, reflecting my commitment to skilled courtroom representation and strategic client advocacy.
My work spans every aspect of modern family law — from divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements to complex nuptial agreements. I have substantial experience in drafting prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements, including “petnups” — tailored provisions ensuring that pets are cared for and ownership is clearly defined if a relationship ends.
I also assist clients in creating and managing trusts, whether to protect family wealth, provide for children, or secure the future care of loved ones — including trusts for pets, ensuring continuity of care and financial provision in the event of incapacity or death.
Alongside estate planning, I act in contentious probate matters, helping families resolve disputes over wills, inheritance, and trusts with discretion and sensitivity. For those facing private criminal defence issues, I offer confidential, strategic representation aimed at protecting both reputation and rights.
Where family changes involve property, I provide seamless support with conveyancing and ownership transfers, ensuring your legal and financial interests remain secure.
Every client receives bespoke, inclusive, and outcome-focused advice, delivered with integrity and empathy.
If you are navigating a family transition, planning for the future, or seeking to protect what matters most — from your home to your pets — let’s discuss how I can help you move forward with confidence.
